I am currently a Professor of Political Science at Coastal Carolina University, and the Chair of the Department of Political Science.
My research focuses on political organizations, public opinion, and American history. Recently, much of my work has been studying the development and political effects of large, federated voluntary membership associations from around 1875-1920. More information on my publications and research agenda can be found under the C.V. and Research tabs, respectively.
My teaching focuses on similar subjects, and a list of classes I have taught is available under the Teaching tab.
Finally, feel free to contact me with any inquiries.
